Repay an employee who paid from their own pocket
Tick Paid by an employee on an expense and it is owed to them, not to the vendor, in its own account in the books. Repay it with Reimburse, or it is added to their next salary run, outside PF, ESI and TDS.

What is new
Paid by an employee
A tick and an employee on the expense form. The expense is then owed to them, and their record lists what they are owed.
Reimburse on its own
Pay becomes Reimburse on such an expense: record the repayment from the account it left.
Or with the salary
A salary run adds what each person is owed as Repaid, outside PF, ESI and TDS. Paying the run repays it; undoing the payment takes it back.
Its own account
It sits in Reimbursements owed to staff, not in Accounts payable, so the balance sheet shows what staff are owed.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Existing expenses were paid by the business and stay that way.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
