Hanu adds a whole list of leads at once
Asking Hanu for several leads at once used to bring them one at a time, with questions for each. Now they all come on a single card with every field: what is still missing, what is already in JAI CRM, and any word that is not in your lists, asked once for all of them. Type or say "confirm", or press Save, and every one that is ready is saved, each through the same checks as your own screen.

What changed
Every field, every record
Name, company, phone, city, source and notes for each one, numbered, so the whole list can be checked at a glance.
One question, asked once
A word that is not in your list, such as “Google” for Lead source, is asked once for all of them, not five times.
Duplicates caught
A business already in your leads or customers, or listed twice, is marked: add it anyway or leave it out.
Change one by talking
Say “number 3’s phone is 98200 33333” or “leave out number 4”, and only that one changes.
Confirm saves them all
Each one is saved as you, with your role’s permissions. One still missing something stays on the card saying what it needs.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Adding a single lead works as before. A list holds up to 25 records; for more, import a file. Quotations and invoices are still made one at a time, so each one’s items come out right.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
