Website Desk: knows who came from your email, confirms customers, drafts quotations

Three things that make the website chat know who it is talking to. A lead or customer who clicks a link in an email from JAI CRM is recognised on your website. A customer who asks where their order is, or what is due, proves it is them with a code sent to the email on their account, and then Hanu answers from their own invoices, orders and payments. And when a visitor says what they want and how many, Hanu drafts the quotation for the owner to check and send.

What changed

✉

Known from your email

Links to your own website in emails you send from JAI CRM carry a signed tag for the lead or customer. Once they agree to cookies, the visit is theirs, marked “from an email link”.

🔑

Customers confirm with a code

Asked about an order or an invoice, Hanu asks for the email on the account and sends a 6-digit code to it. It works for 15 minutes and five tries.

📄

Answers from their own records

Once confirmed, Hanu tells the customer what they owe, by when, their recent orders and payments, from your books, and never anyone else’s.

₹

A quotation drafted for you

When a visitor says what they want and how many, Hanu drafts the quotation with your own items and selling rates. It waits in Quotations as a draft for the owner to check and send.

Does this change anything you already have?

No. The chat says the same whether or not an email is a customer’s, so nobody can use it to find out who your customers are. A tag in a link names the record and nothing else, lasts 30 days, and is taken out of the address bar at once. Nothing is ever sent to a visitor as a quotation without the owner.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
