Cheques that wait to clear, refunds of money held on account, and supplier advances that reach the bill
A cheque could only be recorded as paid, money a customer had paid on account could never be refunded, and money paid to a supplier ahead of the bill could never reach it. Each now can, on the phone as on the desktop.

What changed
A cheque not yet cleared
Choose Cheque and tick Not cleared yet. It is kept against the invoice or bill it is for and settles nothing, in the books or the bank, until you mark it cleared. Its TDS is entered when it clears.
Cleared or bounced
Open the payment from Payments received or Payments made and choose Mark cleared, with the day it cleared, or It bounced. A bounced cheque puts the invoices or bills back to owing and the bank back where it was.
Open a payment
Tap a payment in either list to see what it is and what it paid, and to clear it, refund it, apply it or delete it. On a phone this is where Delete now is.
Refund money held on account
Money a customer paid that no invoice took can be paid back: open the payment and choose Refund what is on account. It comes out of their advance, and taking the refund back puts the money on account again.
Apply a supplier advance
Money paid to a supplier before the bill is applied to it later: open the payment and choose Apply to a bill. The bill shows it paid.
Pay ahead on an order
An open purchase order has Pay ahead. When the order is billed and the bill opened, the money moves onto the bill by itself.
TDS deducted once
TDS deducted on money paid ahead counts towards the bill: ₹42.37 at the advance and ₹57.63 at the bill, ₹100 in all, where it would have been ₹142.37.
Does this change anything you already have?
Every payment already recorded is cleared and stays as it is. Nothing you have entered moves.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
