An Additional details tab on leads, customers and vendors
The extra numbers and emails, and a new More details field, have a tab of their own on the lead, customer and vendor form and record, so the everyday form stays short. Fields & rules lets each business move any field on or off the tab. A task raised from a deal now asks for the fields your business made compulsory.

What changed
Leads, customers and vendors gained Mobile 2 to 4, Phone 2 and 3 and Email 2 and 3 this morning, for scanned cards that carry more than one of each. Seven more boxes on the form everybody fills in every day was too many.
They now sit on an Additional details tab, with a new More details field for anything else worth keeping: what they deal in, their expertise, the software they use.
Where it shows
On the form
Creating or editing a lead or a customer, the form opens on Details, with Additional details beside it. A number on the tab says how many of its fields are filled in.
On the record
Additional details is the tab straight after Overview, listing every field on it, set or not. Its Edit button opens the form on the same tab.
On a vendor
The vendor form has an Additional details step after Vendor profile, and the vendor page a tab of the same name.
Nothing missed
If a save is refused because of a box on the tab, the form opens the tab and marks the box, so nobody hunts for it.
Your business decides what is on it
Where it shows
In Settings, Fields & rules, each lead, customer and vendor field has a choice: On the main form, or On the Additional details tab. A new field can go straight onto the tab.
One press
The list of fields marks the ones on the tab, and a button beside each moves it on or off.
Vendors
The vendor form is laid out in fixed steps, so on vendors the extra numbers and emails, More details and the fields you add yourself can move. Fields you add to vendors now show on the vendor form and page as well.
More details from a scanned card
Whatever else a scanned card says now goes into the record’s own More details field, on lead, customer and supplier alike, instead of being added to its notes. A lead converted to a customer takes it along.
Fixed: a task from a deal could not be saved
A business that made a task field compulsory in Fields & rules could not add a task from a deal, lead or customer: the New task box asked only for the task and its due date, so every save was refused with “Please check the highlighted fields” and nothing on the box to highlight. The box now asks for every compulsory task field, and marks any box the save is refused for.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No values move or change. The extra numbers and emails already saved show on the new tab instead of the Overview. A field your business hid stays hidden, and a section your business typed on a field is kept.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
