The Android app shows your subscription; plans are bought on the web
Ahead of JAI CRM arriving on Google Play, the Android app no longer sells anything. It still shows your plan, its status, what you are using and every invoice. Choosing a plan, paying an invoice, autopay, extra modules, storage and a second workspace work exactly as before in any browser, on a phone or a computer.

Why it changed
JAI CRM is coming to Google Play. Google asks that an app installed from Play takes payment only through Google Play’s own billing. Our plans are billed with GST invoices and Indian payment gateways, so the app now leaves buying to the browser and simply shows where you stand.
What the app shows
Your plan and its status
The plan, whether it is active, on trial or past due, the amount each cycle and anything outstanding.
What you are using
Usage against the limits on your plan, the modules it switches on, and the workspace’s storage with what is using it.
Every invoice
Number, dates, status, total and amount due.
Autopay
Whether it is on, and a button to stop it.
What now happens in a browser
Choosing or changing a plan
Settings > Subscription in any browser, on a phone or a computer.
Paying an invoice and autopay
The Pay button on each invoice, and Payment method for autopay.
Modules, storage and a second workspace
Add a module, a storage package or a new workspace from the same screens as before.
Inside the app
A module outside your plan reads Not in your plan on Settings > Plugins. Signing up in the app starts the free trial straight away, without a page of plans. When the workspace’s storage is full, the app suggests deleting what is no longer needed.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Your plan, invoices, autopay and storage are exactly as they were. Nothing changes in a browser, on a phone or a computer: everything can be bought there as before.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
