On a phone: the Appearance icon is back, and the sidebar shows your business in full
Three phone fixes: the Appearance palette is back in the top bar, the business switcher and Settings no longer slip under the browser's toolbar, and a wide logo no longer cuts your business name short.

What was wrong
The palette was hidden on phones. Below 640 pixels the top bar dropped the Appearance icon to save room and kept a smaller version inside your picture’s menu, where nobody looked for it.
The bottom of the sidebar could sit under the browser. The sidebar was as tall as the whole screen, but a phone browser counts the screen with its own toolbar hidden. While the toolbar showed, it covered the foot of the sidebar: your business, the switch to another workspace, and the Settings cog.
A wide logo cut the business name short. A logo with its name written into it took most of the row, which left about fifty pixels for the name, so “Brand Beavers” read “Brand …”.
What is fixed
Appearance in the bar
The palette sits in the phone’s top bar again and opens full width beneath it. On the smallest phones the icons close up a little so the page name still fits.
The foot stays on screen
The sidebar is now as tall as the part of the screen you can see, so the business, the switcher and Settings are always above the toolbar.
Your name in full
With a logo, the logo keeps its own shape on one line and the full business name sits under it. Without a logo, nothing changes.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing you saved changes. On a phone, Appearance is now opened from the palette in the top bar rather than from your picture’s menu.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
