Bills, credit notes and TDS now stay in step with the books
A check of the books, step by step the way an accountant would work, found five places where a document and the ledger or the TDS register could come apart. A bill could be marked paid with no payment, a paid invoice could take a second full credit note, moving a payment made to another date left its TDS in the old quarter, TDS already deposited by challan could be deleted or rewritten, and taking back a supplier refund left its debit note stuck. Each is now put right.

What changed
A bill is paid by its payments
Paid and Partly paid are no longer buttons on a bill. Record the payment and the status follows, so the bill never leaves Payables while the ledger still owes the supplier.
A sale is credited once
A credit note against an invoice can take only what has not already been credited, whether or not that credit was spent. A paid invoice can no longer take a second full credit note.
TDS follows the payment date
Move a payment made to another date and its TDS entry moves with it, into the right quarter for 26Q.
Deposited TDS is the challan's
A deduction already deposited by challan cannot be deleted, or changed by editing or deleting its bill, payment, expense or salary run. Take it off the challan first.
A refund taken back reopens the note
Taking back a supplier refund puts the debit note back to issued with nothing refunded, so it can be spent or cancelled again.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Bills, credit notes and TDS entries already recorded are not changed. We checked every business: no bill had been marked paid without a payment, apart from demo data.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
