Every bulk email carries an Unsubscribe link
Each email sent to many people now ends with an Unsubscribe link and carries the one-click unsubscribe header mail programs show beside the sender. Whoever presses it is skipped by your later bulk emails, with the reason shown when you send.

What is new
A list email with no way off it is one the receiving mail server learns to treat as spam, for every email the business sends afterwards. Gmail and Yahoo now expect anybody sending in bulk to offer a one-click way out.
How it works
At the foot of each email
A short line names your business and offers Unsubscribe. Mail programs that support it also show their own Unsubscribe button beside your name.
Asked, then done
The link opens a page that asks first, so a mail scanner opening links cannot unsubscribe anybody by accident.
Skipped next time
When you send to many people, anybody who unsubscribed is listed among those not sent to, with the date.
Said on the record
The lead, customer or vendor shows that they unsubscribed, so whoever looks after them knows.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Only email sent to many people at once carries the link. An email sent from one record to one person is not affected, and still reaches somebody who unsubscribed from bulk email.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
