Paying for a second workspace by card or UPI works

When you add another business from inside JAI CRM and pay by card or UPI, the payment now opens. It used to stop at "Invoice not found", and pressing Pay again then said "You already have a workspace with that name", because the first press had made the workspace already. Now the payment starts straight away, and if it fails, pressing Pay again pays for the workspace you already made instead of making a second one.

The payment opens

Paying for an added workspace by card or UPI starts the payment as it should. The workspace opens as soon as the payment arrives.

Pay again finishes the same one

If a payment does not go through, pressing Pay again pays for the workspace you already made. It no longer tries to make a second one with the same name.

A module is named once

A module bought for your workspace is now called, for example, “Projects module” on your subscription and invoice, not “Projects module module”.

Does this change anything you already have?

Nothing else changes. A workspace you added that is still waiting to be paid for is listed on the Add a workspace page, where you can finish paying for it. Buying storage, modules and AI credits from Settings works as before.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
