A won deal asks its value; a won lead becomes a customer
Marking a deal won now always asks the value it was won at, whether you press Won on the deal or drop its card in a won column. Winning a lead opens Convert to customer: a lead is no longer marked won on its own.

What changed
The won value, every time
A window asks what the deal was won at, starting from its value, and the date. The pipeline, the win/loss report and targets count it.
Won means a customer
Won on a lead, on its page or its board, opens Convert to customer. The lead becomes a customer with its timeline, tasks and files.
Lost asks why on the board
Dropping a deal or a lead in a lost column asks the reason, as their own pages do.
Fixed
Dropping into an empty column
A card dropped on an empty column used to land in the column beside it. It now lands where you drop it, and a card the window does not move goes back to its own column.
Does this change anything you already have?
Deals and leads already won stay as they are. A form save, a bulk change or an import that would win a deal with no value, or win a lead without converting it, is refused and says what to do.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
