An editor built for how a quotation is actually written
One field for the product with inventory a click away, sections that subtotal, notes between the lines, and more than one tax where you need it.

What changed
The line was a text box beside a separate inventory dropdown, which asks somebody to decide which of the two they are using before they have started typing.
It is one field now. Type what you are charging for, and the icon in the corner is there when the thing is already in inventory.
On every line
One field for the product
Type it, or press the icon and choose from inventory, which fills the rate, the code and the tax with it.
A picker with room to choose
A dialog rather than a menu, showing the price and the code. The menu used to be clipped by the table it opened inside.
A description when it earns one
Behind a link rather than always present: an empty box on every row makes a ten-line quotation look like a twenty-field form.
A picture
For anything easier to recognise than to describe.
More than one tax
The main rate stays one click. A local levy is added underneath, so it is visible on the line rather than only in the total.
Sections and notes
A heading with the subtotal of what is beneath it, and prose between the items. Neither is priced.
Why a section carries a subtotal
A quotation with thirty lines is unreadable as one column of numbers. Grouped under Products and Services, with each part totalled, it can be read the way it will be discussed.
- Add a line, Add a section, Add a note: all three in the footer
- A heading and a note carry no money, whatever is left on them when a line is turned into one
- Neither reaches the tax engine, which has nothing to do with them
- The subtotal beside a heading is the same arithmetic as the figure at the foot, not a second calculation
Does this affect anything existing?
Existing documents open unchanged. Every line on them is an item, which is what a line was before.
The same editor serves quotations, sales orders, invoices and credit notes, so all four gain this at once.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
