Tags you can see, apply in bulk, and fix everywhere
The tag box was there. What was missing was everything around it: no list showed tags, nothing suggested one, and a typo could not be fixed once it had spread.

What was wrong
Tags could be typed on a record and filtered on. That is where it stopped.
Nothing showed you what was already in use, so the fourth person to tag something spelled it their own way and a filter on “Priority” quietly missed every record tagged “priority”. No list showed tags at all, so the only way to learn what a record was tagged was to open it. And tagging fifty records meant opening fifty records, which is the entire reason anybody tags anything.
What changed
The box offers what exists
Every tag in use across the modules you can see, so the same thing gets the same name.
Lists can show them
A Tags column on every module that has the field, off until you switch it on. A column costs width on a list that may not want it.
Tag many at once
Select rows, press Tag, add or remove. Only the records you are allowed to change: one you can see but not edit is skipped rather than quietly tagged.
Fix a typo everywhere
Rename a tag and every record in every module follows. A record already carrying both names keeps one rather than ending up with a duplicate.
Remove one everywhere
Takes the tag off everything and leaves the records alone.
Same colour everywhere
A tag’s colour comes from its own name, so “Urgent” looks the same on a lead as on a deal without anybody choosing.
Where they work
Asked for on the sales side, but it reads the schema rather than a list of names, so it is wherever the field already was.
- Leads, customers, companies, deals and tasks
- Projects, project tasks, vendors, items and expenses
- Sales and purchase documents
- Any module you defined for yourself
Does this affect anything existing?
Every tag you already have is kept. Nothing is renamed, merged or removed on its own.
Renaming or removing a tag everywhere needs permission to change fields, because it edits records across the whole business. Applying one needs only permission to edit that module.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
