Overdue in red, due today in orange, still ahead in nothing
A list where every row is coloured is a list where colour says nothing. So only two states get one.

Three states, three lists
Tasks by their due date, leads by their next follow-up, deals by their expected close, projects by their end date and project tasks by theirs. A date that has passed tints the row red. One falling today tints it orange. One still ahead gets nothing at all, because a list where every row is coloured is a list where colour says nothing.
The same three colours everywhere they appear: the lists, the Tasks tab of a lead or a customer, a project’s own tasks and the All tasks list. A date that is red on one screen and plain on another teaches people to trust neither.
What it deliberately leaves alone
A record that is finished
A lead won in March has a follow-up date that passed long ago and means nothing now. A completed task is not late, and neither is a project that shipped, though one on hold is still one somebody has to come back to, so its date still counts. Those stay plain: colouring them says something is wrong when nothing is, and a list where most of the red is noise is one where the real red stops being read.
A date still ahead
No tint. The two states worth acting on are the two that get a colour.
The clock, as opposed to the day
A task due today at nine is not overdue at ten past. The comparison is by day, because the date is the promise and the clock is not.
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing changes but the colour of a row. No data is touched, no filter behaves differently, and what counts as overdue is the same figure the summary strip has always shown.
Which statuses count as finished (Completed and Cancelled on a task, Won and Lost on a lead, closed either way on a deal, completed or cancelled on a project, done on a project task) now live in one place shared by the app and the server, so the row you see coloured and the number counted as overdue can no longer drift apart.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
