Raise an invoice from your pocket
A rate you have to scroll sideways to reach is a rate on a different screen from the thing it is the rate for. That is not a line you can check.

The hardest screen in the suite
A quotation or an invoice is a table of lines, and a line has eight columns: what it is, its HSN code, how many, in what unit, at what rate, less what discount, at what tax, coming to what. Eight columns will not go across a phone, so it scrolled sideways, and scrolling to the rate took the item off the screen. A figure with nothing beside it is a figure nobody can check, which on an invoice is the only thing that matters.
So a line is no longer a row. It is a card: what it is across the top, the figures in a labelled grid under it, and what it comes to at the foot, with the tax under that. Sections and notes keep their own shapes, because a heading is not a priced line and should not pretend to be one.
One line, described once
The cell for each column was pulled into a single piece of code before any of this was built. A wide screen lays those along a row and a phone stacks them in a card, and two separate copies of an invoice line’s fields would stop agreeing the first time somebody changed one of them. They ask for the same thing.
Only the two ends are named: the item at the top, the amount at the foot. Anything else falls into the grid, so a column added later appears there rather than quietly going missing, which is how a list like that usually fails.
And everything else a desktop can do
Every place the suite hid something on a small screen was checked for whether it was hiding a duplicate or hiding a feature. Two were features. A record’s side panel had been dropped as a repeat of the page above it: its heading was, but its rows were not, and on a lead those carry the warning that this one is already in the CRM and what is outstanding against it. And a column’s order could be read on a phone but not changed, because it is changed by dragging a column heading and a phone has no headings. Both are back, the second with arrows a finger can hit.
While checking this, one earlier fix turned out to have been working on only half of what it claimed. Fields were meant to be 16px on a touchscreen, because below that iOS zooms the page in on focus and does not zoom back out. Dropdowns were; text boxes were not, because the rule they had to override was written more specifically than the rule overriding it. Every field is now what it was supposed to be, and the build checks that the rule still wins rather than merely that somebody wrote it.
Does this affect anything existing?
No. No document changes, no figure is recalculated, and nothing needs redoing. This is how the screen is drawn, and only on a narrow one. A wide screen keeps the table it always had.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
