How likely to buy, and why
A score out of 100 with its reasons in plain words, like opened Pricing twice, came back this week, copied your phone number.
A cookie notice that asks first
Until a visitor agrees, nothing that identifies them is kept: no address, no selected words, and an id that lasts only for the visit.
Nothing typed is ever read
Not what anybody types in a form, not passwords, not card numbers. Search engines and bots are left out.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Website Desk is a separate module in early access, switched on for a business by the JAI CRM team. Your website works as before: the line loads after the page and never slows it down. Visits of people who never become a lead, customer or vendor are deleted after 90 days, or 30 or 180 as you choose, and a visitor who asks to be forgotten is deleted at once.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
