Who actually signed for it
A transfer records which login sent it and which took it in. Those are sessions. The driver who takes a pallet away and the storeman who signs for it are usually neither.

A login is not a signature
A transfer has recorded who dispatched it and who received it since this morning, and that is worth having. But it is a record of whose browser was open, and an argument a month later about what was handed over is not settled by that.
So both the handover and the receipt can now be signed: a mark drawn with a finger, a stylus or a mouse, and the typed name of whoever made it.
Typed on purpose. The person signing usually has no account here (that is the entire reason for taking a signature), and reading the name off whoever was holding the tablet would put the wrong one against the mark. The login that captured it is kept beside it, because that is a real fact too and the two should never be confused.
And the transfer became a page worth reading
Raising and viewing a transfer moved out of a pop-up onto proper pages. A transfer now reads top to bottom: what is on it, the files against it, the signatures, and what people have said about it. Its own history (raised, dispatched, received, signed) sits behind a second tab, because that is a different question asked far less often.
Signing something that has not happened is refused. A handover cannot be signed before it is dispatched, and nothing can be signed for before it has been received.
What a transfer can carry now
Signatures
On the way out and on the way in, each with the name of whoever made the mark and the date it was made.
Files
The delivery note, a photograph of a damaged carton, the carrier’s proof of delivery.
Comments
The carrier’s explanation for the missing box belongs on the transfer, not in somebody’s inbox.
History
Every change to it, in order, in its own tab.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing changes about transfers already raised, beyond a better place to read them. Old ones show no signature and no dispatcher, because none was recorded at the time. They are left honestly blank rather than filled in with a guess.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
