Stock adjustments get their own pages

A cycle count across six serial-tracked items opened six choosers inside one pop-up. That is a scrolling box inside a scrolling page, with Save somewhere below the fold.

The same treatment transfers got

Raising an adjustment and reading one are pages now. Saving a draft lands you on the adjustment you just made, rather than back on a list where it is one row among thirty.

There is no signature on an adjustment, and that is deliberate rather than unfinished. A transfer is handed from one person to another and the mark settles what changed hands. A count is one person saying what is on the shelf. The honest record of that is who posted it and when.

Which it did not actually record

An adjustment has always kept the date it was drafted and the date it was posted, and said nothing about who did either. A write-off is a claim that stock the register was counting is not there, and the first question asked about one later is who said so. Both names are now on the page.

Adjustments posted before today show no name, because none was kept at the time. They are left honestly blank rather than filled in with a guess.

And what it can finally hold

The count sheet, the photograph of the damaged pallet, the supervisor’s sign-off.

Comments

The argument about whether it was damaged in transit belongs on the adjustment.

▤

Its own history

Drafted, edited, posted: in order, in its own tab.

Does this affect anything you already have?

Nothing changes about adjustments already raised or posted, beyond a better place to read them. Nothing still moves until an adjustment is posted, and posting is still the point of no return.

Pricing

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
