Storage that is actually enforced, and plans priced per user
The old plans printed storage caps the product never once applied. Storage is now counted, enforced, allocatable per person, and sold as a tier. The plans behind it are priced per user.

What was wrong before
Every plan carried four limits (records, API calls a day, e-mails a month, and storage), and the product read none of them. They sat on the pricing page for months looking like caps, and nothing anywhere enforced one. A plan that said 25 GB and a plan that said 1 TB behaved identically, because neither number was ever consulted.
That is worse than having no limits at all. A number printed beside a price is a promise, and three of those four were decoration.
Storage is now counted and applied
Every file counts against the workspace (uploads, e-mail attachments, documents, project files), and when the allowance is gone, the next upload is refused with a reason rather than a shrug.
It can also be shared out person by person. An administrator may give somebody a personal ceiling out of the workspace’s allowance, and the allocations do not have to add up to it: hand out 5 GB each from 100 GB and leave the rest unassigned, or overcommit and let the workspace ceiling be the real limit. Both are legitimate, so neither is forced.
Nobody is given a personal ceiling by default. Switching per-user allocation on for an existing business must not silently stop everybody uploading until an administrator has been round all of them.
And when somebody runs out
They ask, on the screen
A person out of room can request more without leaving what they were doing, saying how much and why.
It is a request, not an alert
Kept as something an administrator grants or declines, with a state. Two people asking twice each is two open requests, not four notifications nobody can close.
More is bought as a tier
Extra room is a tier you add (30, 50, 100 or 500 GB) rather than a per-unit add-on nobody could total up.
Plans are priced per user
The four old plans were a flat fee with a seat allowance on top, which meant the fifth person on Starter cost nothing and the eighth cost a whole tier. The five replacing them are priced per user per month and nothing else: CRM + Sales Documents at ₹149, that plus Subscriptions and Warranty at ₹299, and the Full Suite at ₹499, all per user per month on annual terms. Projects and Vendors are ₹149 each and sell from their own pages rather than a row of five that asked every visitor to rule two of them out.
The storage figures on the pricing page have come down
They read 1 GB and 5 GB where they used to read 25 GB, 50 GB and 1 TB. Nothing has been taken away from anybody: those larger numbers were never applied, so no workspace was ever getting them.
The Full Suite carries 5 GB. A single-module plan (CRM and Sales Documents, Projects, Vendors) carries 1 GB, because a business running one module is not storing five gigabytes against it, and because the storage tiers themselves start at 5 GB: giving every plan 5 GB would have made the first upgrade a top-up to where they already were rather than a real one.
It is the uncomfortable half of enforcing a limit honestly: the moment a number means something, it has to be the real one. More room is a tier away, and these are figures that will hold.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Your plan has changed, and you have lost nothing. Every existing business has been moved to Full Suite. That is the safe choice rather than a generous one: a business on the old Enterprise plan had every module switched on, and moving it to anything narrower would have taken modules off people mid-week with nothing on screen to explain where they went.
Nobody loses a module, a record or a file today. What you pay from here is a conversation, not something this change decides for you.
The old plans are retired, not deleted. Subscriptions and invoices point at them, and deleting a plan out from under an invoice is how a customer’s billing history stops rendering. They are simply off the pricing page and out of the chooser.
One fault was found and fixed while this was being checked, and it is worth knowing about because it would have been invisible. Each workspace keeps its own copy of its plan’s limits, and the quota reads that copy first, deliberately, so an allowance can be raised for one business without touching the plan. Moving a workspace between plans left the old copy quietly in charge. Four businesses on Full Suite were still carrying the 1 and 2 GB their previous plans allowed, and would have been refused uploads at a fraction of what they were paying for, while their own Subscription screen showed them 5 GB throughout. The copy is refreshed now, and every workspace agrees with its plan.
The one thing worth checking: if you were relying on more than your plan allows, look at Settings → Subscription to see where you stand. The bar there turns amber past seventy per cent and red past ninety.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
