An unpaid module now costs you the module, not the account
Falling behind on a module you bought used to suspend the entire workspace. Now it switches that module off and leaves everything else alone, and paying switches it straight back on.
14 days free · nothing to install · your data exports whenever you want
What was wrong before
Chasing an unpaid invoice ended one way: suspend the workspace. That is fair enough when the plan itself has not been paid for, and far too blunt for anything bought on top of it. A business running on CRM that fell behind on an Inventory add-on lost their CRM too.
The line is drawn by what can actually be separated
A module switches off
Inventory, Projects, anything bought separately. It comes off the menu and off the product picker, and the rest of your day carries on exactly as before.
Storage locks the account
Your documents are inside it. There is no honest version of “storage off” that is not “you cannot reach your own files”, so it opens on the billing screen instead.
The plan locks the account
Unchanged, and never in doubt: an unpaid product is an unpaid product.
Nothing is deleted in any of these cases. A switched-off module keeps every record it ever held: every item, every stock movement, every project. It is a door closed, not a room emptied, which is what makes switching it back on a real restoration rather than an empty shell.
Paying puts everything back by itself. The module returns, and a workspace locked for money reopens as soon as nothing is outstanding.
Two smaller things in the same release
Adding a second workspace now asks what the business is called before it asks which plan you want. It used to open on the plan chooser, which meant choosing what to pay for a business you had not yet named, and every summary after that read as somebody else’s.
And a workspace that has subscribed no longer carries a leftover trial date. Nothing cleared it when you started paying, so a paying account could be told on its own Subscription screen that it was still on trial. It is cleared the moment payment arrives, and the existing one has been corrected.
Does this affect anything you already have?
If your invoices are paid, nothing changes for you at all. No module switches off, no screen behaves differently.
If you are behind on an add-on, this release is good news: what used to cost you the whole account now costs you only the thing that has not been paid for.
No workspace was locked, and no module was switched off, by this release. Everything running was checked first.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
