Page numbers and a running header on every document

A quotation with twenty-five items runs onto a second page. Every page now says which page it is and whose it is, and a loose second sheet still says what it belongs to.

What was wrong

A document that ran onto a second page started that page right at the top edge of the paper, with no margin. There was no page number, and nothing on the second sheet said which quotation or invoice it belonged to. A signature could be split, with “For your company” on one page and “Authorised signatory” on the next.

What every page carries now

#

At the foot of every page, with the document number beside it.

↺

A continued line

From page two: your business name and, for example, “Quotation QT/2026-27/0024 (continued)”. Page one keeps your full letterhead.

☰

The table header again

The item table’s header row repeats at the top of each page, so a column is never read without its heading.

✓

Nothing cut in half

Totals, payment details, terms, notes, the signature and each item row stay whole. If one does not fit, it moves to the next page.

Where it applies

Every sales and purchase document, in Download PDF, the bulk download and Print. Totals, the tax table, amount in words, payment details, terms and signature stay on the last page, which is how most businesses in India and abroad lay out a multi-page invoice.

Print shows the page numbers in Chrome and Edge. Some other browsers do not print them yet. Download PDF always has them.

Does this affect anything you already have?

Your documents are unchanged. Only how their pages are laid out. The letterhead and branded designs print page one exactly as before.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
