Notifications: test mode that holds, pause and delete in the queue, and an on/off switch on every template
Test mode now does what the screens said it did. Addresses that can never receive email are skipped, and a refused message is no longer tried again every hour. Queued messages can be paused, deleted and restored, one at a time or all at once, and every template has an on/off switch in the list.

What was wrong
The Notifications screens said test mode was on, but they read a different setting from the one the sender used, so a business in test mode could still have messages handed to the mail server. Addresses that can never receive email were tried anyway, and a message the mail server refused was tried again on the next hourly run. There was no way to hold back one message, or all of them, except by turning its template off.
What is new
Test mode that holds
Every business starts in test mode: messages are written to the Send log and not delivered. The Queue, Templates and Send log now say whose switch is on, and Start delivering turns it off once the log looks right.
Undeliverable addresses skipped
An address that can never receive email, such as a made-up domain, is skipped and listed with the reason, instead of being handed to the mail server to refuse.
Tried once, recorded once
Every outcome, a refusal included, is written to the Send log the moment it happens and counts towards Do not repeat within, so a failed message is not tried again every hour.
Pause, delete, restore
In Notifications, Queue, tick messages one by one, a module at a time or all at once, then send, pause, resume, delete or restore them. Deleted messages wait under their own tab.
Pause all
One button holds back the whole queue until somebody resumes it.
A switch on every template
Turn a template on or off straight from the list, or tick several to turn them on, turn them off or uninstall them together. The Library puts an uninstalled template back.
Who can do what
Pausing, deleting and restoring messages needs permission to send the queue. Switching templates on and off needs permission to edit templates, and uninstalling needs permission to delete them. Every change is recorded in the audit trail with who made it.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Yes, if test mode is still on for your business. It is on for every new business, and from today its notification emails are written to the Send log and not delivered. Open Notifications, Queue, read the Send log, then press Start delivering. In-app notifications to your team are not affected, and your templates, settings and history are unchanged.
While the queue is paused, messages that fire the moment something happens, such as a credit note being issued, are not sent and are not sent later. The Send log lists them as skipped.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
