Counter sales now read as paid, and every document goes out with the right status
A sale paid at the counter was recorded as paid but the invoice still said the full amount was owed. It now reads as paid, and a refund at the counter settles its credit note.

What was wrong
When a sale was paid at the counter, the payment was recorded, but the invoice itself kept saying nothing had been paid. So the customer showed as owing the full amount in receivables, on their statement and in payment reminders. A refund at the counter had the same gap: the money went back, but the credit note still read as unused credit.
Separately, sharing or emailing a document marked it “Sent” whatever it was. A purchase order, a sales order and a credit note have no “Sent” status, so they fell outside the filters and lists built on their own statuses. Counter sales were marked “Issued”, which is not an invoice status either.
What changes
Counter sales are paid
An invoice raised at the counter reads Paid, or Partly paid and owed for a sale on credit, the same as a payment entered in Sales.
Refunds settle the credit note
Money given back at the counter is recorded against the credit note, which reads Applied once nothing is left on it.
The right status when it goes out
Sharing or emailing a document gives it its own next status: an invoice or quotation becomes Sent, a sales order Confirmed, a purchase order or bill Open, a credit or debit note Issued. A delivery challan keeps its status until the goods leave.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Yes, in the right direction. Counter sales that were already paid but still showed as owed have been corrected to Paid, and a counter refund already made now records what was paid back, with anything not refunded left on the customer as credit. Nothing else changed: no amounts, taxes or payments were altered.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
