Send a document: the PDF attached, your template written, and a button to open it
Send and Save and send now open an email window. The document goes as a PDF, your template is already written with the number and amount in it, more files can be added, a button opens the document online, and AI can write the email from the customer's history without ever losing the PDF or the button.

What was wrong
Send emailed the customer a bare link and marked the document sent, with no PDF and no chance to write anything. Save and send in the editor marked the document sent and emailed nobody at all. And Share a link on a draft emailed it to the customer and marked it sent, when all somebody wanted was a link to copy.
What is new
An email window
Send, and Save and send, open a window before anything goes. Nothing is sent until you press Send in it.
The PDF attached
The document goes as a PDF printed in your own template. More files can be added from the document or from your device.
Your template, filled in
The email starts from your template for that kind of document, with the number, amount, due date and validity filled in, and the customer’s, lead’s or vendor’s address in To. An overdue invoice starts from a reminder.
A button to the document
Under your message, a View quotation or View invoice button opens it online, where a quotation can be accepted and an invoice paid.
Write with AI
Drafts the email from the customer’s profile, their earlier documents and the last ten conversations, reading only what you yourself may see. The PDF and the button are never part of what it writes, so it cannot drop them.
Marked sent when it has gone
The approval, tax and required tags are checked before the email leaves, and the document moves to Sent, Confirmed, Issued or Open only once it has gone. A refused email moves nothing.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No data changes. What changes is what the buttons do: Send opens the window instead of emailing straight away, and Share a link now gives you a link and sends nothing. A draft’s link opens once the document is sent.
Write the emails it starts from in Settings, Email templates. With none written for a kind of document, a plain message is filled in for you.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
