Salaries paid from the account you choose, and a paid run can be undone

Mark paid on a salary run asks which bank account the salaries left, and a run marked paid by mistake can be undone. The finance dashboard opens for whoever has its permission, Financial reports opens on the profit and loss, and a bill in a business without Procurement is shown under Books.

Paid from the right account

Mark paid asks which bank account the salaries left, filled in with the one chosen when the run was made. It used to take that one with no way to change it.

Undo a paid run

Undo payment puts every salary back to unpaid, gives the bank account its money back and makes the run a draft again, to pay from the right account or delete. A closed period is still closed.

The finance dashboard and the reports

A role given only Finance dashboard was refused it; it opens now. Financial reports opens on the profit and loss rather than the dashboard, and shows only the tabs the person may open.

Bills under Books

In a business without Procurement, a bill’s breadcrumb says Books and leads to Books, Purchase bills.

Does this change anything you already have?

No. Paid runs stay paid until someone undoes one.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
