Mark GST returns filed, and the due-date reminders reach you
GST now has a Returns tab listing every return the year asks for, with its due date and whether it is overdue, due soon or filed. Mark one filed with the date and ARN once it is on the portal. The reminders before a GST return or a TDS deposit is due now reach the account owner; before, they reached nobody.

What changed
Every return, with its date
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B each month and GSTR-9 for the year, or CMP-08 each quarter for a composition dealer, each with its due date and where it stands.
Mark filed
Record the day you filed and the ARN. The month’s figures go with it, and Undo puts it back if you marked the wrong one.
Reminders that arrive
The GST return and TDS deposit reminders had nobody to go to. They now reach the account owner, plus anyone the rule names.
Does this change anything you already have?
Past returns show as not filed until you mark them. Nothing is sent unless the reminder is switched on in Settings, Notifications.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
