Invoices, bills and challans move their goods in and out of stock
Stock moved only when goods were shipped or received under Inventory, which most businesses never do, so a sent invoice left its goods on the shelf and a bill never brought anything in. Now the documents themselves move the goods, once, on the phone as on the desktop.

What changed
A sent invoice takes its goods out
Sending an invoice or a bill of supply takes its stocked goods out, unless they already left on its sales order or its challan. Shipping it afterwards records the dispatch without taking them out twice. Stock can go below nil, and shows in red.
An opened bill brings its goods in
Opening a purchase bill brings its goods in at the bill’s cost, unless they already came in on its purchase order or by a goods receipt. Cancelling the bill takes them out again.
Receive on a purchase order reaches stock
Receive on a purchase order now writes a goods receipt, so the goods are in stock and cannot be received a second time under Inventory.
Challans move their goods
A delivery challan takes its goods out when dispatched and brings them back when marked returned. An invoice raised from it does not take them out again.
Credit notes return what left
A credit note returning goods brings back no more than went out on its invoice, less what other credit notes brought back, and batch goods go back into the batch they left from. 4 could come back against a sale of 2.
Debit notes send back what came in
A debit note sends back no more than came in on its bill, and with no warehouse chosen it takes the goods from where they were received.
Does this change anything you already have?
Invoices sent, bills opened and challans dispatched before today stay as they were and move nothing now, even if one is edited, cancelled or returned. Only what is sent, opened or dispatched from today moves stock.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
