Hold Alt+H anywhere to talk to Hanu, and hear him read his replies aloud
Speaking to Hanu used to mean opening the chat and pressing the mic to fill the box. Now hold Alt+H on any screen and speak: letting go sends it to Hanu and opens the chat. And Hanu can read his replies aloud, in your device's own voice for free or in a natural voice, with amounts read the way they are said.

What changed
Hold to talk, anywhere
Hold Alt+H (Option+H on a Mac) on any screen and speak. Letting go sends it to Hanu and opens the chat; Esc stops without sending. You can choose other keys in Your Hanu.
Or tap to start
A business can make it tap to start and tap to stop, which suits long notes and stops by itself after three seconds of quiet. Each person may choose their own in Your Hanu.
The mic in the chat
Hold the mic in Hanu’s chat while you speak and let go to send. Slide left before letting go to cancel. What you say is sent as said, not put in the box first.
Replies read aloud
Tap Listen under any reply, or switch on Read every reply in the chat’s header. A bar shows how far he is, with the speed and Stop.
Basic or natural voice
The basic voice is your device’s own and costs nothing. The natural voice is male and English (India) by default, reads Hindi and Hinglish too, and costs about 2 AI credits a minute.
Amounts as they are said
Rupee amounts are read the Indian way: Rs 2,36,000 is “two lakh thirty-six thousand rupees”.
Does this change anything you already have?
Nothing is read aloud until you ask for it. On the website, the browser turns your words into text for free in Chrome and Edge; where it cannot, the recording is written out with AI credits, under one a minute. The natural voice and that writing out are both off on JAI CRM’s own AI until they are switched on, and a business with its own AI key chooses its model in Settings › AI. The Android app’s microphone needs a check on a phone first, so it comes in a later update.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
