Hanu Sena has knowledge folders: your price lists, product manuals, terms and FAQs as PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or text. Choose a folder on an agent's form and it answers from those files, naming the file and the page, with a link that opens it. Try a question on a folder to see what an agent would find.

How it works
Add your files
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV and text, up to 20 MB each and 2,000 pages a folder. Each is read in the background and shows Reading, Ready or why it could not be read. A scanned PDF has no words to read: send the original.
Answers with the page
An agent that reads a folder answers from the passages that match and says where they came from: Price list 2026, page 2. The link opens the file.

Stays in JAI CRM
Files are searched inside JAI CRM: nothing is sent to an AI service to search them, and searching costs no credits. Files count in your workspace storage.
Who can open a file an agent quotes?

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
