Every setting now has a page explaining it
Seven settings screens had no documentation at all, including the ones that take money and the ones that can take a storefront down. All seven are written, with screenshots.

What was missing
Settings is where a business decides how it runs, and seven of its screens had nothing written about them. Not a thin page. Nothing.
They were not the obscure ones. They were Online payments, which handles money; Shopify, which carries a setting that can stop a live storefront selling; IndiaMART, which quietly stops pulling enquiries and looks exactly like a slow week when it does; Google Drive and Dropbox, where disconnecting stops files opening for colleagues you shared them with; Vendor settings; and your own Subscription.
So the hardest decisions in the product were the ones with the least written about them.
What each page now answers
Every page is written against the running product rather than from a list of fields, and each one answers the same questions in the same order: where the setting is, what it actually does, what to choose, what will catch you out, what happens if you never touch it, and a worked example with real names and real numbers.
Where a screen has a decision that cannot be undone quietly, the page says so plainly. The Shopify page spends a section on the fact that the first stock push overwrites what your storefront believes it has. The Drive and Dropbox pages spend one on the fact that a linked file is read through the account that linked it, so disconnecting stops it opening for everybody it was shared with.
What is new
Seven screens written
Online payments, Shopify, IndiaMART, Google Drive, Dropbox, Vendor settings and Subscription, plus a page on the Android app and one on where integrations are set up.
Screenshots of the real thing
Fourteen new captures of the running product, cropped to the control being described where a whole page would be too small to read.
An Integrations section
IndiaMART, Shopify, Google Drive and Dropbox now sit together, with a page that explains where they are set up. Since 7 Oct 2026 that is Settings, Integrations, where they are free on every plan.
Nothing left unclassified
A check now refuses a new settings screen that has neither a page nor a decision to write one, so this cannot quietly happen again.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing in your data or your settings changed. This is writing, not a change to the product: every setting behaves exactly as it did yesterday.
One small thing did improve while the pages were being checked: every screenshot in the documentation was being served over an insecure address and redirected on the way, which made the pages slower than they needed to be. That is fixed for the pages already written as well as the new ones.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
