An address form that knows which country it is in
States you choose rather than type, in 32 countries. All 224 countries. And the Indian tax fields only where Indian tax applies.

What was wrong
The address form was built for one country and shown to everybody. A business in the Emirates was offered the Indian GST state code list and asked to pick one. That list is not a list of places, it is what decides CGST against IGST. Choosing “19: West Bengal” for an address in Dubai did not merely look wrong, it fed the tax engine.
The country list had six entries, which is a list of the countries somebody thought of rather than the countries customers are in.
What changed
The country comes first
Everything under it depends on it: which states to offer, what the postal field is called, whether Indian registration numbers are asked for at all. Asking for the state first was asking a question that had not been framed yet.
States you choose, in 32 countries
Named for what they are: Emirate in the Emirates, Province in Canada, State in the United States. Anywhere not listed gets a plain field, because offering the wrong menu is worse than offering none.
All 224 countries
Rather than six.
The postal field is named for where it is
PIN code in India, ZIP code in the United States, Postcode in the United Kingdom.
Time zone is chosen, not typed
It was free text, so “Asia/Kolkatta” saved happily and every date in the system was then rendered in a zone that does not exist.
The logo uploads
A URL field asks a business to go and host an image first. The ones who manage it often paste a link to a file that later moves, and the logo quietly vanishes from every invoice printed after that.
Indian tax, only where Indian tax applies
A business filing VAT was still being asked for a GSTIN and a PAN, offered the composition scheme, and told to choose how CGST and SGST should be shown. That last one is worse than noise: it appears to govern their totals and does not.
- GSTIN, PAN, TAN, CIN and MSME appear when the business is in India
- Composition scheme and LUT appear when it is in India and filing GST
- The default tax rate offers the Indian slabs to Indian businesses and ordinary rates to everybody else: 28% is not a rate that exists outside India
- Values are hidden rather than cleared, so switching the regime and back finds them where they were
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing is deleted. Registration numbers are hidden when they do not apply, not removed.
One exception, deliberately. Changing the country away from India clears the GST state code, and changing the country at all clears the state name: a code left behind would go on deciding how tax is split from an address that is not in India, and a state from the country you have just left is wrong in the one you have arrived in.
Verified by saving each country and reloading: Malta gets a plain region field and no GSTIN, the Emirates get the seven emirates under the heading Emirate, and India comes back with its state still selected.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
