A quotation that said you were owed ₹418
Nobody owes anything on a quotation. The software thought otherwise, and once an order was billed it counted the same money twice.

Where it showed
On a customer record, under Quotations: Total ₹418.00 · Due ₹418.00. On a vendor, against a purchase order marked Closed: Owed ₹100.00, while the panel immediately beside it correctly read Outstanding ₹0.00. Two figures on one screen, disagreeing.
Every document was written with amountDue = total − paid. That is right for an invoice and nonsense for an offer: nobody owes anything on a quotation, an order or a delivery challan. The debt begins at the invoice or the bill.
Why it mattered more than it looked
The same money, counted twice
Bill a purchase order and both the order and the bill claimed the amount. Anything summing what a vendor was owed (the vendor record, payables ageing, a report) counted it once for each.
A number that could not be traced
A quotation showing ₹418 due sends somebody looking for a debt that does not exist, in a place that has no record of one.
The rule was already written down
The document types already carried the flag (quotation receivable:false, purchaseOrder payable:false), and nothing consulted it when the balance was written. Stated in one place now, and used by both sides of the house.
Does this affect anything existing?
Balances on offers, orders, challans and credit notes were set to nil by migration. No total, tax or payment figure changed anywhere: only the balance field on documents that never carried a debt in the first place.
Invoices, bills of supply, retainer invoices and purchase bills are untouched: those are the documents somebody actually owes money on.
The Balance column now shows a dash rather than ₹0.00 on a document with no debt, because a column of zeroes reads as a debt nobody can find.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
