Shopify orders now arrive the moment they are placed
Shopify tells us about a new order the moment it is placed. That message was being turned away, so orders waited for the next scheduled sync. It now arrives straight away.

What was wrong
When a customer places an order, Shopify sends a signed message to JAI CRM so the order can come in straight away. Those messages were being answered “Not connected”, because the check that finds which business a shop belongs to could not see any connected shop. Orders still arrived, but only when the scheduled sync ran, up to half an hour later. If the app was removed from the Shopify admin, the connection was not switched off either.
What changes
New orders arrive as soon as Shopify sends them. Removing the app in Shopify switches the connection off here, so the sync stops asking a shop that will refuse it.
Every message is still checked against your shop’s signing secret, and one from a shop that is not connected, or with the wrong signature, is refused as before.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. No data changes. Orders that came in through the scheduled sync are exactly as they were.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
