Settings in one place: search, groups, and a layout of your own
Settings opens on one page now: every setting you may change, in nine groups, with a search that knows what things are called and the settings you use most. Arrange it by dragging, or switch to Classic View, the list down the left, whenever you like. The quick bar along the bottom can be put away with a tab, and gets out of the way by itself at the end of a page.

Why it changed
Settings used to open straight on Business profile, with a long list down the left. Some settings were not in that list at all: the settings of each module sat behind a cog on Settings > Plugins, and each integration behind a card on Settings > Integrations. Finding one meant knowing where it was kept.
What is new
One page of groups
Your business, People and access, Module settings, You, Integrations, Customisation, Templates, Rules and automation, and Data and history. Module and integration settings are listed in plain sight.
Search by what you call it
GSTIN finds Business profile, invoice prefix finds Numbering, HSN finds Taxes, password finds your account. Press / to start typing.
Frequently used
The settings you open most, under the search and at the top of the panel beside every setting.
A panel beside each setting
Every group, the one you are on lit, a search that narrows it, and a round ? for the guide to that page.
Arrange it your way
Press Customise
On the Settings page, beside Switch to Classic View.
Drag
A setting by its handle into place or into another group; a group by the handle on its header.
Hide, rename, add
Hide what you never use, rename a group, make a group of your own, or add a link to any page.
Save
Only you see your arrangement. Reset puts back the one JAI CRM starts with.
Prefer the old one?
Press Switch to Classic View and Settings opens on Business profile with the list down the left, as before. Switch to Standard View at its top right brings the new page back. Your choice follows you to every device.
The quick bar gets out of the way
Put it away
A small tab on its top edge slides it off the screen and brings it back. Press it or pull it.
By itself at the end
Scroll into the last tenth of a page and it fades away, so nothing is left under it; scroll up and it is back.
Your choice
Settings > You > Quick bar: on or off, how far down a page, and whether scrolling up or only the tab brings it back.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Every setting works as it did and each person still sees only what they may open. Only the way you reach them changed.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
