Hanu Sena, in early access: make agents under Hanu, one job each. An agent has its own agent rights, set screen by screen like a role but never a person's role, and whoever asks, it never does more than that person may. Only the roles, groups and people you choose can use it. It starts in Testing, goes live when you say, and every save is a version you can put back.

What you get
Agent rights
Named sets, made once and given to many agents, in the same grid as Roles. A tick changed on one agent changes that agent alone, with a way back to its set.
Never more than the person asking
With an agent, Hanu offers and looks up only what both the agent and the person may. When the agent’s rights stop it, it says so and points to Hanu, who works with your own rights.
Who can use it
Required: roles, groups and circles, people, and not these. Nobody else sees the agent anywhere.
Testing, live, paused
A new agent is in Testing, for its maker alone. It goes live only once somebody is chosen and it has agent rights. Pause it any time.
Every version kept
Each save is a version that says what changed. Put any one back.
Is it on for my business?

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
