Proposals: charts, text boxes, columns, and opening a Word document
A proposal's pages now take a bar, line or pie chart made from a grid of numbers or a paste from Excel, a text box with a fill and an edge, and two or three columns. A Word document opens straight into the designer with its headings, fonts, colours, lists, tables and pictures, and on a proposal started from scratch its header, footer, text boxes and columns too.

What is new
The last part of proposals: what goes on the pages beyond paragraphs and tables, and a way to bring the proposals you already have in Word.
On the pages
Charts
Bar, line or pie from a grid of up to 24 rows and 6 series. Type the numbers or paste a block from Excel or Google Sheets, and see the chart as it prints while you do.
Numbers in full
Axes and labels read 1,20,000, in Indian grouping, never 1.2L. The PDF draws the chart from its numbers, sharp at any size.
Text boxes
A note set apart with a fill and an edge, half, three quarters or the whole page wide, on the left, middle or right.
Columns
Two or three side by side, each its own run of writing. Kept whole on a page, like a chart and a text box.
A Word document
What comes across
Headings, bold and italic, colours and highlight, fonts and sizes, nested and lettered lists, tables with merged and shaded cells, pictures, links and page breaks.
From scratch, the layout too
Its header and footer print on every page, and its text boxes and columns stay as they were. Header and footer can be changed by hand afterwards.
Nothing dropped quietly
The window says what is in the file before anything changes, and how many pictures are in a form a page cannot show.
The old pages kept
Replacing the pages keeps what was there in Earlier versions, to put back in one press.
Also fixed
On a computer, the bars beside a selected table, picture or link in the designer sat underneath the page and could not be pressed. They are on top now, and show the choices that apply to what is selected.
Text set in Calibri, Georgia, Open Sans, Noto Sans or Playfair Display in the designer printed in a stand-in font in the PDF. It now prints in the font chosen, so a proposal using one of them looks slightly different, and closer to the designer, the next time its PDF is made.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Proposals already written are unchanged apart from the font correction above. Everything here is in the documentation under Charts, text boxes and columns and Open a Word document.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
