Clean up in the mailbox lists the senders of your newsletters, notifications and first emails from strangers, each with how many emails they sent and how many you never opened. Tick one or several and choose what to do.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Unsubscribe | Asks the sender to stop, the way their email offers: in one press where they allow it, by an email from your own mailbox, or by opening their page for you to finish. Once they agree, what they sent is archived and anything more is archived as it arrives. |
| Block | Their mail, now and from now on, arrives archived for you. Block a whole domain by its name, such as @offers.example.com. |
| Archive all | Clears everything they sent from your Inbox, keeping it in All email. |
| Keep | Takes them off the list: you want their mail. |
Blocking somebody on one of your records asks first, because it would hide a customer’s mail from your Inbox. Unsubscribe reaches only public web addresses the sender named.
Make a lead
On a stranger’s conversation, Make a lead makes them a lead through the lead form’s own rules, with their name, address and company, and files the conversation on the new lead. It needs permission to add leads.
