Your Inbox has four tabs, each with its own count of what is unread.
| Tab | What lands there |
|---|---|
| Main | Mail from somebody on one of your records, and replies in a conversation you are part of. |
| New people | A stranger writing first. This is where new enquiries arrive, and where Make a lead and Block are. |
| Newsletters | Mail that says it comes from a list, or offers an unsubscribe. |
| Notifications | Mail sent by a machine: a no-reply address, or one marked as automatic. |
| Cold email | Shown when the cold email check has moved something: sales pitches to your business. Press Not a pitch to send one back to New people. |
Sorting happens as each email arrives, by rules, with no AI and so no cost. Addresses people answer, such as info@ or sales@, stay with people.
Archive
Archive takes a conversation out of your Inbox and its tabs. It is not deleted: it stays in All email, in search and on its record. Archive from the row, from the conversation’s toolbar, from the bar after ticking several, or with e. Move to Inbox puts it back.
