| Received and sent | Per day, on your business’s own calendar. Bulk sends are left out. |
| Time to answer | The middle time from an email arriving to your first answer in that conversation, and how many were answered within a day. Newsletters and notifications are left out. |
| Waiting too long | For each day, how many of your emails to people outside the business had no answer and had waited past your own limit. |
| Who writes most | The people who sent you the most email, lists and machines left out. |
