Download PDF now looks exactly like Print
Print and Download PDF used to give you two different documents. Now both, and the bulk download, come from your document template. Change the template once and every copy follows.

What was wrong
Pressing Print gave you your document template: boxes, HSN/SAC, unit, discount, the tax table, amount in words and your bank details. Pressing Download PDF gave you a second, plainer page drawn by separate code, with none of those. A description under an item was written over the next line. And every rupee sign in a downloaded PDF came out as a small “¹”, because the font it used has no ₹.
On purchase orders, purchase bills and debit notes the PDF button and the bulk download did not work at all. They answered “Could not open it”.
One design for everything
Download PDF, the bulk zip download and Print now all come from the same document template. We open your template on our servers and save it as a real PDF, the same way your own browser does when you choose Save as PDF, so what you download is what you see when you print.
Change your template in Settings → Document templates (its design, logo, columns, terms) and Print, the PDF and the bulk download all change with it. There is no second design to keep in step.
What you get in every PDF now
Your logo
The logo from your business profile, which was missing from printed documents too. It now travels inside the document, so it shows wherever the document goes.
Every column
HSN/SAC, quantity, unit, rate, discount, tax % and amount, exactly as your template arranges them.
The tax table
The GST summary by rate, amount in words, payment details, terms and signature.
Clean lines
A description sits under its item and never runs into the next one.
Which documents
Quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, tax invoices, bills of supply, retainer invoices, credit notes and delivery challans. And purchase orders, purchase bills and debit notes, whose PDF button and bulk download now work.
A bulk download of many documents takes about a third of a second per document.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No document changes. Only the way it is turned into a PDF. Download any old document again and it comes out in your template.
This happens on our side, so it works in the app you already have.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
