A project roster. Its owner is the person accountable for the group rather than a member of it.
A project group may contain customer contacts as well as staff. Records are only ever given to active staff, so a group of mostly customers will yield nobody — use a circle when you mean colleagues.

Nothing stops you setting either — they are offered on every module. It is simply that a daily limit answers a question this module rarely asks.
